Performed on a C2 Bike:
- 20 minute timer
- All C2 bikes set to level 4 resistance and units set to meters
- Partner A bikes on the C2
- Partner B runs lap around first floor hallways and back into weight room and then switches with Partner A
- Goal is accumulate as many meters as possible as pair in the 20 minutes
- Forces them to pace themselves on both without blowing it up right away but little competition provides intensity above habitual level
- If group of 3, partner A rides while B & C run. Then C runs again with A while B bikes. Finally, C bikes while A & B Run
